I hope you have had a wonderful summer! It’s been glorious here in England and the three summer yoga sessions were packed! I know for those of you that couldn’t make class you were continuing your practice by following my DVD. I have been busy preparing new formats for all the classes, and have some fresh ideas to keep you moving forward.
I have also had time to attend some great yoga sessions, most importantly a teacher adjustment session with Kino Macgregor – a highly regarded American ‘Yogi’ – at Triyoga Soho, London. It was an exhausting, emotional and educational day where I have gained some interesting techniques to improve your alignment in certain poses. I will bring this knowledge to class when it is appropriate. And if you are joining me on the Retreat this month you have the opportunity to attend an alignment workshop!

NEW SESSION: Adjustment Technique class – WEDNESDAY 10.30 @ GREYWELL
As from September there will only be one yoga + imovefreely session at Greywell – 9.15am. The second slot is now available to book as a 1-2-1 class or a small AT class (Adjustment Technique) for a group of 3 or less clients. For more information on this session please take a look on the classes page under Wednesday.

I have workshops arranged during September at HP to teach these simple release techniques to a group of people that suffer with non-clinical low back pain, shoulder pain, hip or knee pain. If you would be keen for me to present these sessions at your office please do contact me.
The September retreat is full! I am very excited about this wonderful weekend that is packed with challenging, educational and relaxing workshops. I have added an adjustment technique session for those who would like to progress their yoga poses, understand and feel which muscles are working to enhance their practice.
