FILM & INSPIRATION CLIPS
I have updated the Nvigor8ing You Tube site and will post short film clips on different poses/flows or muscle release techniques that we add in class for you to use and incorporate into your weekly exercise regime. The latest, a post runners stretch, is a short clip for you to watch and hopefully remember so you can practice after your run, at home, in the gym or out in the countryside.

If you are looking for some inspiration for healthly alternatives to your diet during the summer months have you tried ‘juicing’? I have some fantastic recipes that only take minutes to ‘whiz’ up in a liquidizer or juicer. Try mixing the following ingredients for breakfast or as an afternoon ‘pick up’
- ½ lime
- ¼ medium cucumber
- 1 apple
- ½ bag spinach / kale
- 1” broccoli
- 2 tspn wheatgrass
- ½ banana
- small piece of ginger
- Cucumber (excellent for rejuvenating muscles and are also superb giving back elasticity to the skin)
- Spinach (anaemia – supporting effective liver and kidney function)
- Kale (carotenoids and flavonoids, helps liver detoxify cancer causing chemicals, mineral rich)
- Broccoli (fights high blood pressure, liver problems)
