Body Motion Sessions
With attention to individual, kinesthetic awareness the aim is to bring focus to alignment and balance with the preparation and assessment the Body Mentor is able to provide. Each class has different content that changes every few months, attend two or three classes a week to challenge all the muscle groups.
I enjoy the practice of pranayama (breathing) and linking the breath to movement as in a yoga flow. Healthy breathing is essential if you want to experience a more powerful practice. Breath provides energy, learn to use it to release your muscles and mind. Movement makes the body fit for purpose, and breathing makes the mind fit for relaxation.
Fitness Yoga Classes are sequenced and directed towards releasing and strengthening a certain muscle group and often in tune with the season and the organs that are associated with that time of year. The sessions alter and progress giving you the opportunity to learn and improve.
