AQUA YOGA CLASS

Water’s buoyancy takes weight off your joints, making even difficult yoga poses feel effortless. Soaking in the water is an honoured way to heal; it helps you connect with your body, release pain, and stimulate your lymph system. Have fun and go with the flow, focus on strength and breath in the water whilst building on your flexibility.

Time to change and then enjoy a nutritious brunch by the pool (weather permitting).

FORREST INSPIRED YOGA

Forrest Yoga inspired class: PRANAYAMA – its important to become skilful at using your breath anywhere and everywhere. During this class we will practice breath awareness and discover how to breathe into and through different areas of the body. Change the input and the output will change. A powerful session to leave you feeling challenged and refreshed.

A delicious, nutritious lunch served in the barn. Your chance to discover some new recipes, taste raw chocolate and healthy smoothies.

BREATHING PRESENTATION

Take a Peak Flow test to determine your lung capacity. Then sit back and step back in time to when you were born……. WE ARE HOW WE MOVE AND WE MOVE HOW WE BREATH!
