Each retreat has a unique theme and a guest presenter, offering up
to five workshops over two days. A chance to educate the body and
mind with highly qualified teachers in their chosen field.
Nvigor8 Retreat – 21st & 22nd September 2013
Another perfect weekend in September for the busiest retreat yet!
Between myself and Rachel France, the guest presenter from BIOMECHANICS EDUCATION we provided a weekend to enhance the mind and body with challenging yoga, especially the Adjustment Technique class and releasing muscle techniques with the imovefreely program, together with mindful movement and relaxation.
The next ‘adventure’ will be Spring 2014 – again with a touch / flavour of another discipline teamed together with Yoga. A venue and title is yet to be announced!
Nvigor8ing Yoga Retreat – 9th & 10th February 2013
A cold weekend in February made the Winter Retreat feel so much warmer inside the wonderful surroundings at Champneys Forest Mere.
It was an eventful two days during which time the clients discovered more about T’ai Chi, pilates, the imovefreely program and yoga. The yoga sessions both involved an element of meditation linked to mindful movement, which enhanced the relaxed atmosphere amongst the group.
The food, staff and the setting were as before, perfect!
Yet again a wonderful weekend was had by all and some new friendships formed in the process!
The next retreat linking yoga and the ‘imovefreely’ program is already booked – September 21st / 22nd 2013 – with myself and Rachel France.

Having not attended any of Jane’s classes before she made me and my friend feel very welcome, as were all her students that were there. I wish i was closer to Hook so that i could attend her classes. This was a very inspiring weekend and Jane is an excellent teacher.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga Retreat – 8th & 9th September 2012
Our Freestyle Fitness Yoga Retreat @ Champneys Forest Mere on 8th & 9th September 2012 was enjoyable, sometimes emotional, rewarding, educational and above all a chance to meet a diverse mix of characters all with an open mind and a willingness to embrace the whole weekend.
Clients, a mixture of fit pros and regular class participants ranged from 22 – 76 years old, everyone was catered for and most importantly had a fantastic time.
3 presenters took the retreaters on an educational journey through FFY – Seasonal Yoga – Energy Management – Yin & Yang Yoga and finally nutrition.
The surroundings, accomodation and weather (!!) surpassed our expectations as did the clients! It was such a pleasure to meet 22 delightful, individual personalities who all, together with the teachers, made the event such a success!!.
Thanks so much for organising it all, we all had a fantastic time and Forest Mere exceeded our expectations (not something you can often say these days!) – it was just what we all needed!
What a pleasure it was to meet you this weekend! Thank you so much for putting together such an interesting weekend experience and for bringing together such a delightful group of women and presenters.

Just a quick note to thank you for organising and hosting a great Yoga Retreat……gosh sounds like I’ve been on one of these before…….I must admit my first, hopefully not my last!!!
